If you have been following AeroBeats for a while, you’ll know that DJ Trademark is one of my favorite mashup artists. Though I feel like mashups are a dying art (many artists are opting for original songs because they believe mashups “require no talent”), DJ Trademark never fails to impress me. Today’s song combines vocals from Clean Bandit’s “Rather Be” and The Chainsmokers’ “KANYE” with instrumentals from Cash Cash’s remix of Katy Perry’s “Birthday”. Be sure to give Trademark’s mashup a listen, and if you’re a fan of mashups, I recommend listening to all of his other songs. Enjoy!

New Hip Hop/Trap instrumental mixtape from the 203 native, Silence the Producer. LIFTED is a really well balanced tape with hard trap beats that make your speakers knock, but also take you to some distant, yet inviting places. I really like seeing how far Silence has come and am looking forward to seeing where he’ll end up. Peep more of his stuff in the links below.
What’s up everyone! Guirk here! Haven’t posted in a while, but I’m here to stay. I know that summer’s basically over, but I think that the Two Friends Remix of Cheap Sunglasses is a great way to reflect on all your favorite summer memories. As always, Mathew Koma brings killer lyrics to this song and the drops by Two Friends are absolute bangers. This song has some cool xylophone in the background, which while subtle, is pretty awesome. It’s always sunny and warm somewhere, so sit back, put up a bright beach wallpaper on your computer, and let this song take you back to sunny beaches and cheap sunglasses.
Many agree that Porter Robinson’s best track on his debut album ‘worlds’ is ‘Fellow Feeling’ – but even more agree on the fact that the electro-house drop of the song ruins the beautiful synths and harmony of the track as a whole. After spending hours on SoundCloud looking for the best remix of ‘Fellow Feelings’, I’m happy to present to you an amazing chill-trap remix by Julian Woods and KYLI. Enjoy.
This past week, the American duo Tritonal released “Anchor”, another single off of their upcoming EP “Metamorphosis III”. For those of you who have been following AeroBeats, you’ll know that we have been huge fans of Tritonal ever since they released “Now or Never”.
“Anchor”, which features amazing vocals by an unnamed female, is another big room anthem. The track will release September 15th on Enhanced Records, so be sure to preorder it below!
Zedd, the Russian-German EDM artist behind mega radio hits “Break Free”, “Clarity”, “Spectrum”, and “Lost At Sea” continues to impress his fans after breaking onto the scene 3 years ago. Within the past couple of years, the 24-year-old has reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 (“Clarity” #8, “Break Free” #1), and most recently picked up his first Grammy for the “Best Dance Recording” (“Clarity”) at this past year’s 56th Grammy Awards.
Three days ago, in time for his NYC Electric Zoo performance yesterday, Zedd released a new remix for Magic!’s summer radio hit “Rude”. Zedd’s remix begins with piano chords behind Magic!’s vocals, and builds to an EDM drop with some funky glitches added in. I’m absolutely in love with this remix, and have heard it on the radio a couple of times already. Check back on September 2nd for the release!
